Vent-I-Mar is the trading name of the Hotel Marbella GmbH branch in Spain. We are a small but efficient team, and our main undertaking is to use our privileged location in paradise Mallorca to facilitate unforgettable luxury holidays for affordable money. Our main business areas are:

Vent-I-Mar guarantees all users maximum privacy and confidentiality. By providing any personal data by means of this website, the user agrees that these data will be treated within the terms of this privacy policy statement.
All personal data provided by the user are protected according to the current Spanish Data Protection Law (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal). Offers
Any offers concerning accommodation, packages, specials or any other purchasing, product or service proposal on this website is subject to the following terms:
1. All offers on this website are non-binding for the user as well as for Vent-I-Mar. Vent-I-Mar guarantees that any specific offer on this website is fully available as published at the date and time of publishing, and that all prices as well as suggested services and features are chosen with a maximum level of diligence. Should any offer, price, service or product become unavailable for any reason, Vent-I-Mar will propose a similar offer to the user, which will also be non-binding for both parties.
2. A binding agreement between Vent-I-Mar and the user will only result if the user explicitly accepts the offer sent to him/her by Vent-I-Mar in response to his/her inquiry via email, the contact form or the booking form. If the user chooses to book accommodation at Vent-I-Mar online via any of our booking partners, he/she will have to accept the terms and conditions of the accordant booking partner and therefore releases Vent-I-Mar from any responsibility dealt with his/her act of booking and these terms and conditions.
Changes to the website
Vent-I-Mar has the right to change the whole content of this website, including these terms and conditions as well as any offer, price, package, service, product or whatsoever, by any reason and at any time.
